Shipping policy

We deliver locally within Ottawa. If you are sending a package as a gift, please provide the recipient’s contact information so our dispatch team can arrange the delivery.

• Delivery Address: Ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been delivered, we are not liable for any loss or theft that occurs thereafter.

• Handmade Products: Many of our products are handmade and subject to availability. If an item in your box is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

• Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped within 14 days (often sooner) after receipt.
